Manvi Chand

Manvi Chand is a Cybersecurity Analyst at Zyn Global, focused on product security, where she aims to bridge the gap between technical defense and GRC. For her, the work goes beyond a job description; it’s about finding purpose in serving others and safeguarding the systems people rely on daily.

Having studied Computer Engineering, Manvi initially began her career in machine learning by developing computer vision models for medical imaging. It was during this time where she first encountered data privacy regulations and frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA; a pivotal moment that sparked her fascination with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and completely shifted her professional trajectory.

Her drive quickly led her to a competitive traineeship, after which she was selected to dive headfirst into the field as a Security Research Analyst at SecurityPal AI. Over the next year and a half, she specialized in vendor risk management, evaluating third-party security postures, conducting due diligence, and building AI automation to streamline processes. Along the way, she also earned her CompTIA Security+ certification.

Expanding her impact beyond core technical work, she became one of the youngest board members at the AI Association Nepal, advocating for youth representation across the tech landscape.

When she isn’t navigating security architectures and compliance frameworks, Manvi is an avid astrophile, constantly inspired by the cosmos, and a firm believer in embracing chaos and uncertainty, both in life and in work.
