Pratham Sharma

Pratham Sharma is a Cloud Platform Engineer at Zyn Global, where he designs and operates the secure cloud foundations behind the company’s cybersecurity intelligence platform. He builds infrastructure that is secure by design rather than secured after the fact.

At Zyn Global, Pratham owns cloud infrastructure and CI/CD architecture on Google Cloud Platform, and embeds security throughout the delivery lifecycle through threat modelling, secure development practices, and continuous vulnerability management. He also leads the adoption of AI-augmented operations, applying large language models to infrastructure automation, vulnerability triage, and incident analysis.

Before joining Zyn Global, Pratham architected and operated production Kubernetes environments for banking clients at Citytech Group, carrying full platform ownership and production incident response in regulated fintech conditions where continuous availability was the baseline rather than the goal. He took on that responsibility early and has built his career around it since.

Pratham is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and holds NVIDIA’s certification in AI Infrastructure and Operations. He earned a B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from KIIT and is a published author, contributing the chapter “The Role of Computer Vision in Smart Agriculture” to The Future of Smart Agriculture (Nova Science Publishers). He works on the principle that infrastructure should hold when it matters most.
